User or client – Person who uses the “SITE” http://gloobrs.com, in order to make use of the intermediation and reservation engine of “GLOOBRS”, in order to enjoy any of the tourist services provided by directly by the final SUPPLIER, hereinafter referred to as “USER”.
Provider – Natural or legal person that directly provides tourist services to the “USER”, contracted, reserved or acquired by the latter through the intermediation and reservation engine of the “SITE” http://gloobrs.com.
RESERVATION POLICIES:
The rates shown on the website are valid only on the day of their quotation, they may change without prior notice according to the conditions of each provider as long as they have not been reserved and confirmed.
Reservations are subject to availability until confirmed, a reservation is considered confirmed when the corresponding charge has been covered and there is an electronic reservation coupon with a confirmation number. Availability cannot be guaranteed until full payment or section payment as applicable has been received.
On some occasions it is necessary to verify availability directly with the provider before confirming a service, we ask for a maximum of 48 hours to be able to send you the confirmation, it is important to mention that no charge is made to your card until this availability is assured.
At the time of booking, you do not authorize in writing and / or verbally to use your credit card number or the means chosen to make your payment, and you expressly confirm that you know and accept our reservation, payment, disclaimer and cancellation policies. .

PAYMENT POLICIES:

Packages, services, tours, etc. that GLOOBRS offers can be set aside with a minimum of 50% as initial payment to guarantee your reservation, they are subject to the remaining payment to cover the total of the contracted services with a maximum of 60 calendar days before the arrival date.
1) The client is obliged to send by email the proof of the payment (s) made to GLOOBRS when these are by deposit or bank transfer and verify himself that the agency received said payment, leaving GLOOBRS free of any responsibility in case the client does not make the pending payment of his package or contracted service within the terms specified above for this modality of PAYMENT FACILITIES and having the right to a 30% refund since the 20% paid will be charged as administrative expenses.
2) If the client makes payments by bank deposit or electronic transfer and does not notify the agency, it is understood that the agency has no way to find out and / or apply said payments to their account, so that GLOOBRS is free of any responsibility that arises from this situation, since it is the absolute responsibility of the client to inform the agency of the payments made or paid in favor of the services previously contracted and not having any right to any claim for cancellations or refunds due to this situation.
The charge to your debit or credit card will be made until the status of the reservation shows “confirmed” and you have received your electronic reservation coupon, the charge will be reflected in your account statement.
The rates published on the site http://gloobrs.com are quoted in different types of currencies, in the case of any type of currency other than Mexican pesos, the amount shown is informative according to the exchange rate established by GLOOBRS at that time, The amount of the transaction will be charged to your card in Mexican pesos at the exchange rate in effect on the day of the transaction. Please bear in mind that the amount that will appear on your credit card payment receipt may vary by or up to three percent due to the international fluctuation of the exchange rate of bank currencies. GLOOBRS is not responsible for such fluctuation. You acknowledge having been informed of the exchange rate fluctuation and agreeing with the corresponding charge in Mexican pesos.
If you require a tax invoice, you must request it with the agent assigned to your reservation the same month in which you made your payment. It is worth mentioning that for tax reasons the invoices will be prepared after generating the corresponding payment.
DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
GLOOBRS provides services only as an intermediary agent between the client and the provider of the tourist services promoted on this page http://gloobrs.com. The agency carefully chooses only the most qualified and prestigious providers to provide the best service, however GLOOBRS cannot assume any responsibility with clients for acts or omissions on the part of the providers, since it has no control or relationship legal about its operations.
You release GLOOBRS from any responsibility for any failure or lack of compliance by the Provider or direct Suppliers of tourism services, including without limitation any failure or performance by airlines, hotels, temporary accommodation providers, shipping companies and all boat class, water sports providers, car rental agencies, transportation agencies, tour operators, dive instructors, snorkel instructors, golf instructors, swim with dolphins instructors, fishing instructors, adventure sports providers and extreme sports, water parks, ecological parks, and in general on any failure or lack of compliance by all those tourist services that are provided directly by one or more providers and not directly by GLOOBRS.
In the event that the provider fails to comply with any of its services, for which payment has already been made, the sole recourse for reimbursement must be processed directly with the provider that failed to provide its services, unless the above failure is caused directly by GLOOBRS. GLOOBRS does not assume responsibility to you and you release GLOOBRS from any responsibility for acts, omissions or any type of complaint or dissatisfaction derived from the services provided by the direct service providers advertised on this website, by virtue of which GLOOBRS has no control any or legal relationship on its personnel, equipment, operation or assets.
Likewise, GLOOBRS will not be responsible and you release this site from any responsibility regarding:

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to the agent in charge of your reservation.
Any cancellation will generate an administrative expense for 20% of the total value of the contracted services in addition to the penalty assigned by the corresponding provider. In the case of hotels, if the cancellation is before 48 hours before arrival, a one night charge will be charged at the corresponding rate plus 20% of administrative expenses in addition to the penalty assigned by the corresponding provider.
In plus seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter, Easter, July and August) within 72 hours before your arrival, 2 nights will be charged at the corresponding rate plus 20% of administrative expenses or whatever results within the Policies of each hotel or service provider, each has its own policies and in some cases expressly for the plus season, no refund is applicable.
Reservations canceled from 2 to 0 days before the date of the service regardless of the reason thereof, are subject to the no-SHOW charge policies in which no refund will be made. Cancellations, name changes or date changes are not accepted on airline tickets and they are not refundable. GLOOBRS is not responsible for any change of itinerary, or for any change or error in data provided by you for the issuance of air tickets, such as names, surnames, ages, sex, dates, routes, airlines, classes, categories, etc., the same happening in the case of land reservations and maritime or cruise services
GLOOBRS reserves the right to contract on its own the services chosen in terms of carriers, hotels and car rental companies, regardless of the ultimate service provider, unless it is expressly agreed that these will be invariably provided by a specific provider. In case of modification of the direct provider of the service, it will be provided by another of equivalent quality, if you use the service, it will be understood that you consented to said modification and no claim, compensation or reimbursement will proceed. Once GLOOBRS receives from you the amount of the contracted services of any kind, GLOOBRS has your immediate authorization to issue, issue or acquire air tickets in your name, adhering to and accepting both GLOOBRS and you the cancellation, issuance policies and sale of airline tickets and the Reservation and Cancellation Policies of http://gloobrs.com.
REFUNDS:
If, due to force majeure or acts of God, the providers of the contracted services are unable to partially or totally provide the services, GLOOBRS will only manage on behalf of the user and will be limited to the reimbursement of the amount that proceeds excluding any other commitment.
The agency reserves the right to modify the order of the services indicated on this website for a better development of the same or for reasons that justify it. When GLOOBRS is the one who cancels a trip or excursion of any nature for reasons beyond the control of the client, it will be obliged but limited to reimburse the totality of the advances or payments that it has made.
In case of cancellation by the client, the refund applied will be calculated according to the Cancellation policies.

(c) That its corporate purpose consists of the power to: Act as an intermediary for the reservation of spaces in means of transport; serve as an intermediary between tourists and transport service providers of any kind; reserve rooms and other related services for tourists in hotels and lodging establishments and provide tourists with reservation services for tourist attraction sites.
You declare, regardless of your country of origin, that you are of sufficient legal age to use this website and to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as to be responsible for the legal obligations incurred by the use of this site.
